Processing time for Domestic Shipping is 1 to 3 days. A small number of titles may take 3 to 6 days. Packages ship when the order is complete unless you request differently through our customer service.
Any duties applied to packages sent outside of Canada are determined by local customs regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that while the overwhelming majority of packages shipped via Economy Mail arrive within the time specified above, in rare cases, shipments can take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive.

If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, simply return the book or merechandise to us in its original condition within 2 weeks of receipt and we will reimburse you for the purchase price. Please note that DVD and CD merchandise must be in original wrappers with unbroken and untampered seals. We guarantee that all used books are in good reading condition and as rated in their descriptions. If merchandise is received in damaged condition, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement. Please remember that our goal is to perform to your satisfaction.
